Directions:

Step 1- Choose the area on your body you wish to do the spot treatment on. 

*Important: Weigh and measure your body and record the results.

  

Step 2- Remove the toning wrap packaging and completely soak the wraps in boiling hot water. It's important to not allow the wraps to go cold.

  

Step 3- Mix 1 sachet of the Inch Loss solution with approximately 1/2 cup of hot water.

  

Step 4- Apply a thin layer of the mixed Inch Loss solution to the spot treament areas of your body.

  

Step 5- Ring out the excess water from the toning wrap and apply warm (not cold) toning wraps to your body and wrap firmly (wrapping instructions inside).

  

Step 6- Leave the wrap and solution on your body for a minimum of one hour. *Important: Allow your body to dry and re-weigh and measure your body and record the results.

TIP: To enhance the absorption of the Inch Loss solution into the body and get better results use household clingwrap to maintain the heat in your Inch Loss body wrap.
